Standard Features

This pull-type sprayer with unmatched technology keeps you productive in the field all day. It features a 120’ or 132’ truss-style boom and tank capacities of 1800 or 2400 gallons. Fast’s Exclusive ISO Hydraulic AutoYaw Boom Cushioning system uses sensors to detect and cushion the boom wing position at all times. In the case of sudden tractor movements, the sensors activate the hydraulic system to cushion the boom’s forward and rearward movement to significantly reduce stress, increase durability, and allow for FASTer spraying speeds. Pair our 2400 gallon tank with CAMSO Tracks to achieve unmatched efficiency and flotation.

Technology

Autofold for Boom to automate the full fold and unfold process - simplifies and speeds up the folding, reduces operator stress

Raven XRT AutoBoom Height Control - ISO system that utilizes radar sensors and monitors both trailer and center section tilt to provide a quicker reacting system that keeps the boom at target spray height more effectively

Steerable Hitch - ISO system that automatically provides both turn and hillside compensation to reduce crop damage in the field - optional equipment

Capstan PWM Pulsing Nozzles and Boom Recirculation - Optional on nearly all Fast sprayers, provides consistent pressure, droplet size, and drift control within roughly a 10 mph speed range. Also includes turn compensation to reduce chemical burn and skips when turning, and individual nozzle/section control standard to reduce overlap and provide chemical savings. Boom Recirculation eliminates any dead spots in boom plumbing to ensure more even chemical mixing and also gives the operator the ability to charge the booms with chemical or rinse out the booms with water from the cab of the tractor. 

Tank and Trailer

Multiple Track or Tire Options - Singles or Duals (380/90R46, 380/90R54, 480/80R50). Skip-Row Duals for 22" Rows (320/105R54 on 88"/176" spacing). CAMSO TTS 15" or 18" Tracks. Other sizes available upon request.

CAMSO TTS Tracks - 15" or 18" width. Cast undercarriage to ensure consistency and is more likely to hold alignment and tension. Unmatched flexibility and stability - each mid-roller and bogie wheel independently rotates side-to-side for 5 horizontal pivot points and 4 forward/rearward pivot points within the track system - stabilizes trailer and boom. Oil bath bearings to reduce maintenance. Reduces ground pressure to 14 psi with full 2400 gallon tank at 15" tracks.
