With its compact design, durable and stable boom, and flexible folding boom design, the 9600 Series offers easy, accurate spraying maneuverability in tight fields and the ability to cover a lot of ground quickly. Choose from six boom sizes ranging from 60’ to 100’, and two tank capacities—1050 and 1350 gallons. Fast’s 80’-100’ booms have the ability to fold and spray at narrower widths to match up with your planter and spray on your planter tracks or navigate through smaller fields if desired.
Boom
- Self-stabilizing boom offers a superior ride, faster spraying capability, multiple spray heights and more accurate weed kill
- 80’ boom folds to 40’/60’/80’, 90’ boom folds to 60’/90’, and 100’ boom folds to 40’/70’/100’ to match your planting width
- Extremely durable boom features a taller boom structure and added gusseting/support in higher stress areas compared to our primary competition
- Hydraulic accumulator on center section helps cushion the trailer from the boom to provide a more stable boom ride
Spraying
- Long-lasting hydraulic pump features a flow limiter for overspeed protection
- Teejet AIXR air induction spray tips offer excellent weed kill and better drift control
- Spray heights are adjustable from 20” to 72” for easier late-season spraying
- Multi-section ball valves automatically return remaining liquid back to the tank at shutoff
Cleaning
- Stainless steel wet boom plumbing and flush out valves at the end of each wet boom section for more thorough residue clean-out
Key Options
Capstan PWM Pulsing Nozzles and Boom Recirculation - Optional on nearly all Fast sprayers, provides consistent pressure, droplet size, and drift control within roughly a 10-12 mph speed range. Also includes turn compensation to reduce chemical burn and skips when turning, and individual nozzle/section control standard to reduce overlap and provide chemical savings. Boom Recirculation eliminates any dead spots in boom plumbing to ensure more even chemical mixing and also gives the operator the ability to charge the booms with chemical or rinse out the booms with water from the cab of the tractor.
Precision Planting™ SymphonyNozzle™ PWM and SymphonyVision™ Camera Systems available as a factory installed option on Fast Sprayers! SymphonyNozzle allows for full PWM nozzle technology - pressure control, turn compensation, individual sectional control, and boom recirculation. SymphonyVision allows for SpotSpray™ technology to mount cameras on the sprayer and spray only when a weed is detected to access potential significant chemical savings and yield benefits. Raven XRT Autoboom Height Control (ISO) or Norac UC7 (ISO or Standalone)
Electric Trailer Valves - In-cab control of the pump inlet valve (main or rinse tank), tank agitation, and the tank rinse balls. Allows operator to rinse the sprayer without leaving the cab.
